Sophie Parker is one of five founding members of the NXT GEN Network. Sophie is passionate about advocating for women and girls and working alongside organisations to create positive system change. She believes the NXT GEN Network can support young wāhine to take up leadership roles in the play, active recreation, and sport sector. In her day job, she works for the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment as an Advisor for New Zealand Major Events.
