Dr. Sharon Springer is the Head of Educational Programmes at the Badminton World Federation. She designs and implements resources and training programmes aimed at building member capacity in coaching, technical officials, event organisation, and administration. This includes promoting an inclusive approach to resources and programmes, ensuring the broadest reach in identifying and developing talented individuals.
Sharon comes from a background of teaching and teacher training. She was a university professor for many years in Costa Rica before combining her love for education and her passion for badminton in her current role.
