Sharon is a physiotherapist and the NetballSmart Consultant at Netball New Zealand (NNZ). NetballSmart is community based holistic Injury prevention and performing enhancement programme for NNZ. Sharon has been involved with high performance and community women’s sport for over 30 years. As the physiotherapist of the Silver Ferns (New Zealand Netball National team) she understands the demands of elite sport and the importance of holistic wellbeing and injury prevention, and combining this with her role in NetballSmart she takes what she has learnt at an HP level to influence the day to day holistic and wellbeing of the community based Netball player.
