Sarah Styles is the Director of the Victorian Government's Office for Women in Sport and Recreation, leading the 'Change Our Game' initiative to deliver a level playing field for women and girls in sport and active recreation.
A former investment banker, Sarah transitioned to sport leadership in 2014 when she became Cricket Australia's inaugural Head of Female Engagement. Sarah was also involved in the creation of the Champions of Change Sport group, and was Strategic Advisor to Sport to Sport Australia for its review of its approach to supporting greater gender balance in Australia's sporting leadership.
