Previously Head nurse at Gower Veterinary surgery, moved to Bristol to become Deputy head nurse at Viking vets.

Moved from Veterinary Nursing to work within Rugby development after retirement from international duties.

Only player to have captained both 7's and 15's Welsh international sides and played for every region, and lucky enough to have played in three World Cups.

Keen to continue and progress in the world of coaching and promoting women's sport. Graduate of WSLA 2021 and Worlds Rugby High performance group coaching virtual programme 2021.

Regional Rugby coordinator in North West Wales in 2015 -2019 with the WRU. First female academy skills coach with RGC 2019. First female National Skills coach with WRU 2020.

In July 2021 my partner and I Jess co-founded a Rygbi Academy called Rygbi 7/11 - aimed to deliver quality coaching experiences. Looking to create opportunities for all and push the current pathway provision for female athletes into elite environments. Currently assistant coach at Sale Sharks Women in the Allianz Premier 15's.
