Mhairi started her career in academia and now works in sports policy and public affairs both through her own organisation, Kyniska Advocacy, who campaign for progressive policies in women's sport, and at Sport England. She is also a board member for Scottish Women in Sport.
Mhairi’s passion is to help evolve sport so that it is a safe and equitable place for women to participate. Her vision is for a world where women’s sport is celebrated and respected in its own right, and where women can freely and fairly practice sports.
The campaigners have since launched a non-profit group called Kyniska Advocacy, which advocates for policy changes to make sport a more equitable environment for women in all sports with the UK. Come along and be inspired by their vision for change.
