Marisa Schlenker has more than ten years experience in the sport for development sector as a trainer, partnerships coordinator, gender specialist, monitoring, evaluation and learning specialist and more recently as a programme manager. She has a masters in sport for development and conflict resolution from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and is pursuing her second masters at Konstanz University in conflict management and international administration.
She actively supports various football for good projects and initiatives as well as different Erasmus + sport projects around diversity, equity and inclusion. She is a member of the Discover Football team where she has participated as a mentor, facilitator and external evaluator for different women and football projects.
