Lily Joiner is a Graduate employee at Sport New Zealand Ihi Aotearoa, with a degree in Cultural Anthropology & Geography. As a young woman in a leadership role she has grown aware of the gender inequities in the sport & rec sector. Lily is passionate about creating more purpose-built and enjoyable sport & recreation offerings for women & girls, and works with diverse communities such as former-refugee youth.
