John Bales is President of the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE), the international organization with the mission of enhancing the quality of coaching at every level of sport. He is a deputy director of the Nippon Sport Science University Coach Developer Academy in Tokyo and was previously CEO of the Coaching Association of Canada. John has an MBA from INSEAD (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires, Fontainebleau, France) and was a national and Olympic coach in sprint canoe for Canada.
