In 2021 Jess Fuller was selected to be involved in NZ Football’s Female Coach Mentorship programme. In the same year she coached the Southern United’s U15 Academy team and became assistant coach of the Southern United Women’s team. In 2022 Jess has continued her coaching journey by becoming the coach of the Southern United U18 Youth girls’ squad, whilst maintaining her role as assistant coach of the senior women’s squad. When Jess is not coaching or playing football, she is completing a Master of Science in sport, exercise, and health at the University of Otago.
