Always curious about people’s experiences I focus on understanding and enriching the customer experience through collaboration, human led design and a desire to “make it better” for women and girls in sport.

Working with Prof. Phil Morgan and his team at University of Newcastle, NSW on the Daughters and Dads Cricket program has proved the enormous benefits in collaborative partnerships to drive change in community sport. Bringing together experts in different fields has delivered life changing outcomes that continue to have impact in local communities.
