National Female Participation Lead at Cricket Australia responsible for the $6million plus investment into the Growing Cricket for Girls strategy 2016-2020. That investment continues today and through The Next Innings strategy takes a broader approach to women and girls’ involvement in cricket. Focusing on not only playing but coaching, volunteering, umpiring and driving cultural change.
Always curious about people’s experiences I focus on understanding and enriching the customer experience through collaboration, human led design and a desire to “make it better” for women and girls in sport.
Working with Prof. Phil Morgan and his team at University of Newcastle, NSW on the Daughters and Dads Cricket program has proved the enormous benefits in collaborative partnerships to drive change in community sport. Bringing together experts in different fields has delivered life changing outcomes that continue to have impact in local communities.
