Guy Bradbury is a sport official advocate. He is a retired International Volleyball Referee, member of the FIVB Rules of the Game and Refereeing Commission, President of the NORCECA Volleyball Confederation Refereeing Commission, and President of a boutique company The OCP Group, based in Canada and developer of The Rules R. A platform to enhance the experience of all sport participants. His areas of research has including a study of referee education requirements, a coaches' view of referee service levels, community referee development strategy, and gender equity within the Canadian volleyball referee family.
