Emma Evans is the Women’s Football Manager at Oceania Football Confederation, responsible for the development and implementation of the “ALL IN: OFC Women’s Football Strategy 2027”. With over 15 years’ experience in grassroots and elite football, Emma is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities and stronger pathways for girls and women across all areas of sport. Emma has been with OFC since the beginning of 2019, and prior to that she held the role of Women’s Development Officer and National Women’s League Head Coach at Capital Football for four years.
