Chelsey works as the Social Responsibility Impact Manager for Oceania Football Confederation. As a researcher, Chelsey believes programs and research designed with and for communities can provide a richer understand into the needs, impact and future design of community sport programming. Chelsey has published research relating to the development and professionalisation of women’s sport. She is completing her PhD focussing on assessing the social impact of Australian Rules football with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. In her spare time, she loves to get into nature and the outdoors.
