Allison Sandmeyer-Graves is the CEO of Canadian Women & Sport—the leading voice and authority on women and sport in Canada. Allison works closely with researchers, government decision-makers, sport administrators, media and other leaders across the country and around the globe to drive learning and action on gender equity in sport. She brings 15 years of social impact leadership experience to the role with a focus on mobilizing large scale, lasting change. Allison is motivated by the power of sport and believes that inclusive, equitable sport can help advance equity for women in all areas of society.
