Sports psychologist working as a sport consultant as well as as a lecturer at The University of The Basque Country (Spain). PhD in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Equality between women and men. Having been working for public institutions and sports organisarions since 2005 at a local, national and international level (including Council of Europe), incorporating gender perspective in sports policies, developing equality plans in sport organisations, and conducting research on women at leadership, psychosocial barriers for women as coaches and referees, elite athletes and discrimination, etc. Coauthor of the first guide published in Spain to prevent sexual harassment and abuse in sport in 2015, have developed several projects for different clubs and sports federations with regard to this issue. Currently working in Equality and Safeguarding programs for the Real Sociedad de Fútbol, a professional football club in Spain.
